He was probably the person most responsible for the creation of OSHA. If you saw the film Silkwood, Tony Mazzocchi was the guy in the office directing the operation. Shortly after Karen's death, Tony Mazzocchi's car suffered a mysterious steering failure and he was nearly killed on the highway. Makes you wonder doesn't it....
