Hi I'm Bob Simpson, former history teacher, former US Forest Service trail crew volunteer and present web geek. I collaborate with artist Estelle Carol to create labor cartoons under the name Carol*Simpson.
I also work with Estelle on the CWLU Herstory Project which is documenting the history of the Chicago Women's Liberation Union.

We've been sleeping like a baby while the US Government overthrew a progressive government in Iraq, supported Saddam,supported Saddam's war against Iran which cost 1 million lives,tried to cover up the gassing of the Kurds when Saddam was our ally, opposed Saddam when it was politically convenient, bombed Iraq, invaded Iraq, tore the country apart and who knows what we'll try next.
Then while we sleep we dream about what a benevolent nation we are and how we just want to help those poor little Iraqis.
